<br/><br/> The concept of defence has gradually expanded in recent years to encompass in a broad sense the idea of national security. The latter is based on a legal corpus which is undergoing change in order to respond to the demands of protection of the state and also to guarantee the democratic use of the instruments put in place for defence.
