N1 - 7 N2 - This paper evaluates an experience of inter-individual negotiation in a Chinese factory. It appears difficult, in the current political context, and managerial habits, to give bargaining power to employees. The method chosen was to take the speaker as a mediator who replaces direct negotiation with exchanges on the type of changes to be introduced and the associated sanctions / rewards. The experiment was carried out on an experimental group, contrasted by a control group.
