N2  - The article explores the question of the influence of the use of mobile banking on the activities and skills required by the account managers. A qualitative approach based on semi-structured interviews with 35 account managers in 3 Tunisian banks and 3 Romanian banks is adopted. The results show that the customers’ use of online banking has not a substantial impact on account manager’s job in Romanian banks. Contrariwise, some Tunisian account managers claim that the emergence of online banking requires the development of the « stress management skill »
