<br/><br/> The proposal of an innovation to the business model applicable to technology-based service companies, seeks to prevail over time in a sustainable way with business success; According to the desk review, innovation is based on: added value, on the strategic vision that generates competitive advantage and on the incorporation of innovations based on the technological capabilities of human capital (HC). The results contribute to the set of business models that collect the key actions defined to select the strategy. It is concluded that business models must be able to convert knowledge into economic value.
