<br/><br/> The French Budget Act (LOLF) not only provides for a new set of budgetary rules but also introduces a broad change that gives rise to a new type of management and a new concept of administration, based on analysis of its results. This profound transformation raises a number of questions to which French and foreign experiences in matters of performance and evaluation can respond. The analysis of such questions was the aim of this round table.
