Freud’s View of Hallucination and the Neurosciences - 2013.

25

This study presents an articulation of Freudian and post-Freudian theories of the hallucination process with a series of recent discoveries in the neurosciences that confirm the existence of a psychic apparatus-brain that keeps spontaneously generating hallucinatory scenarios. Beyond the validation and from a neuropsychoanalytic perspective, these points of intersection should develop so as to lead, in a complementary and multidisciplinary way, to a better knowledge of the subject's irrational logic.
