TY - BOOK AU - Pillon,Jean-Marie TI - The “Hiring by Training” Method in the French Public Employment Service: A “Product” to be Placed? PY - 2014///. N1 - 19 N2 - The French Public employment service has developed a recruitment technique called “recruitment by simulation,” which selects candidates for companies based on practical exercises that simulate the conditions of the job offered.
