<br/><br/> Through an intractable case of paedophilia, the author shows that with perpetrators of sexual violent acts, where destructive violence and mastery prevail, it is appropriate to maintain the frame of reference to an infantile sexuality conceived as a process. This foundation will serve the analyst, in the long-term treatment of these subjects, as a theorising process that allows affects still awaiting symbolisation, the source of all pathological acting out, to begin to be constructed again.
