TY - BOOK AU - Bourdeilh,Marc TI - From Argentina to Expatriation: Juan Rodolfo Wilcock and Silvia Baron Supervielle between Continuity and Rupture PY - 2013///. N1 - 49 N2 - For historical reasons, Argentina has many expatriate writers, among them Juan Rodolfo Wilcock (1919 –1978), who moved to Italy, and Silvia Baron Supervielle, who moved to France. Being talented translators and polyglots, both began their literary path in Argentina, writing in Spanish before moving to another continent and using another language. This paper shows that Wilcock turned the Argentinian page and no longer used Spanish, whereas Silvia Baron Supervielle remained attached to her mother tongue and her native soil, which remained constant sources of literary inspiration UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-revue-de-litterature-comparee-2013-1-page-33?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
