<br/><br/> In § 18 of the System of Ethics, Fichte writes that we should all act in the same way. This claim indicates Fichte’s conception of the moral law. This raises the following question: how should we understand the requirement for uniformity of action raised by Fichte? In response, it is necessary to distance ourselves from Kant as concerns the moral law.
