TY - BOOK AU - Jaïtin,Rosa TI - ”Grupo Operative”, the Work of Linking PY - 2017///. N1 - 16 N2 - This article examines the concept of the operativo (operative) group as a work-centred group focused on the work of linking. Links are established through different types of alliances, and in particular unconscious alliances whose function is that of recognising affiliation to the link through doing with others. A second function corresponds to the process of transmission and communication as an instrumental action. The work of linking operates by means of a task, both manifest and latent, mobilizing unconscious phantasies. Pichon-Rivière differentiates three moments in its realization (pre-task, task, and project) linked to the integration in the group of thinking, doing and feeling, as well as to the degree of subjectivization of its members. Different demands for therapies of linking (group therapy training, couple or family therapy), as well as demands in the institutional and community space, require analysis and the establishment of particular settings. To complete the analysis of the work of linking, we examine the large group and the operativo training group. The large group not only refers to the number of participants, but also to the way in which the subject is named and recognized as such. Furthermore, the operativo training group is concerned with the articulation between the theme that is worked on and the group dynamic that emerges. A clinical situation illustrates a day of training UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-revue-de-psychotherapie-psychanalytique-de-groupe-2017-1-page-63?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
