The inter-institutional scene: a psychic space for putting the subjective language of violent acting out to work - 2019.

15

At the heart of clinical work with criminal acting out in adolescence and backed up by a transdisciplinary perspective, this article presents the inter-institutional scene as a psychic scene with specific formations and processes. At the heart of the interstitial spaces of this scene and of inter-institutionnels internal groups, we will see that the deposit, the attraction, and then the transformation of whole swathes of raw psychic matter that these adolescents expel in, and through, violent acting out rekindle processes of subjectivation. This privileged therapeutic scene thus makes it possible to contain an aspect of “braiding” ( commettage), a subjective language including infantile distress and the transgenerational inheritance, difficulties which the process of adolescence in these adolescents comes up against. The situation of Jean illustrates the exploration of the transgenerational inheritance on this scene through the displacement and weaving of unconscious alliances.
