N1 - 66 N2 - In this article we present a model for understanding the clinical experience of sexual acting out in the child in terms of the activation of a mechanism of destructiveness through interlocking. Drawing on the presentation and analysis of a case study, we will see that sexual acting out also reveals something about family and institutional functioning. We will discuss the effects of this revelation on the groups concerned, in particular the disruptive and even destructive capacity that it has. We will discover that this sexual acting out, which has its roots in an environment weakened by a traumatic or even transgenerational history, can lead to an “interactive group loop of acting out” when faced with a lack of containment while waiting for regulation UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-revue-de-psychotherapie-psychanalytique-de-groupe-2023-2-page-115?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
