<br/><br/> The author presents the development of an institution for training in relational psychoanalysis. She introduces the foundations of the operational group introduced by Enrique Pichon Rivière and José Bleger’s and differentiates the training methods used at different stages: face-to-face and online.For the first ten years, monthly training days and annual residential seminars were organised. Over the next ten years, Apsylien introduced online training, which includes individualized work in small groups, themed seminars and discussions in operational groups, a monthly clinical reflection group and a WhatsApp group. There are also two residential seminars.In the second part of the article the epistemological obstacles and epistemic crises in the transmission process are analysed. The discontinuity of knowledge and the intra- and intersubjective logics of knowledge open the door to “communicational activity”, the theory of recognition, and the elaboration of the mourning inherent in the resolution of epistemic crises.
