N2  - By identifying the error concealment mechanisms in risk prevention procedures, this paper shows that the relevance and effectiveness of these procedures are usually left unanswered. Three additional areas are addressed: clarification of the risks, implementation of risk prevention practices, and the role of the CHSCT (national commission for hygiene, safety, and working conditions) in risk prevention.
