<br/><br/> In 1964, Jean-Luc Godard shot a movie entitled Bande à Part ( Band of Outsiders), a tense and unstructured narrative about three persons navigating the still waters of seduction and constantly going to and fro between Paris and its suburbs. Forty years later, this surprising movie reflects indirectly a change in our appraisal of reality and places and of the end of a certain equilibrium, that of the periphery.
