Analysis of the relative success of the management of HIV/AIDS can constitute an example of efficacy that could be extended to other fields. Based on a social and community approach, the example of HIV/AIDS can be used as a model of disease management, as it is distinguished by a fairly extensive management dimension, especially integrating socio-economic support. It is also characterized by the large place attributed to the patient and the family, and the community, as the main stakeholders.
