<br/><br/> Social workers are more and more often faced with difficulties with regard to their relationship to the mandates they are entrusted with, while these are not always clear and the conditions for accomplishing them are not always fulfilled. They are confronted with a crisis of legitimacy. Two ways of overcoming this are envisaged: a redefinition of the legal framework, “États généraux” currently being tested as a process of refoundation.
