This article questions sexual gender identities, the balance between women and men in support and questions the dimension of care as a possible framework for affirming and the identities and professional practices of social action professionals implies a social and institutional perspective, as well as elements on the training of both professionals in order to accompany and socialize in a gender balance of the people accompanied. Does this register of analysis of practices make it possible to measure a break or a continuity of educational acts and ideologies staged among specialized educators of both sexes?
