<br/><br/> RÉSUMÉ Cet article résume la pensée sociologique sur la socialisation alimentaire et ses enjeux dans les sociétés urbaines contemporaines. L’émergence du thème du plaisir s’inscrit tantôt comme une revendication identitaire, tantôt comme dépassement des contradictions de la médicalisation de l’alimentation. Enfin, la place du plaisir dans la socialisation alimentaire est étudiée à travers ses formes de contextualisation chez un échantillon d’enfants français.  Pleasure in food socialization The paper presents a brief survey of sociological views on food socialisation and its stakes in contemporary urban society. The topic of food pleasure emerges in relation with the transformation of social structures, such as the medicalisation of food. Finally, some aspects on the contextualisation of pleasure in food socialization will be presented in a sample of French children.
