<br/><br/> Le concept de psychose est en voie de démantèlement dans la psychiatrie actuelle, celle des dsm. Cet article retrace cette évolution notamment depuis les années 1970. Il réaffirme en même temps l’importance de ce concept de psychose pour la psychanalyse, en faisant le point sur son contenu d’aujourd’hui.  The concept of psychosis is in the process of being dismantled in current psychiatry, the psychiatry of the dsm. The article retraces this process, in particular since the 1970s. Equally, it reaffirms the importance of the concept of psychosis for psychoanalysis, summarizing the content of this concept today.
