Le contexte est celui du confinement du printemps 2020, de son ressenti par divers acteurs de l’institution. Il met en lumière des conflits et leur résolution par la confrontation apaisée des divers points de vue. L’institution étudiée offre un modèle de résolution des conflits par leur mise en lumière dans un cadre contrôlé; This article analyzes an action-research project and its impact on a health care and social welfare institution.
