<br/><br/> Noa, 6 mois, est hospitalisé en pédiatrie pour une anorexie grave dans un état de misère physiologique et psychique. Il est né, grand prématuré, dans un contexte de déni de grossesse après l’annonce d’une myopathie génétique chez sa sœur. L’ombre de la maladie de celle-ci plane tout au long de la prise en charge dans les représentations des soignants et de la mère. Il s’agira dans cet article d’exposer la collaboration étroite entre les pédiatres et l’équipe de liaison pédopsychiatrique au cours de cette hospitalisation et d’étudier comment l’intrication de facteurs somatiques et psychologiques a conduit à une spirale interactive pathologique dans la dyade mère-enfant.  Noah, 6 months old, is hospitalized in a pediatric unit for grave anorexia in a state of physiological and psychic poverty. He was born as a high preterm baby in a context of denial of pregnancy after the diagnosis of genetic myopathy in his sister. This disease overshadows the baby’s care in the representations of the carers and the mother. The aim of this article is to show the close collaboration between the pediatricians and the pedopsychiatric liaison team during the period of hospitalization and to study how the intricacy of somatic and psychological factors have lead to a pathological interactive spiral in the mother-child dyade.
