N2  - Loin des premières hypothèses qui la considéraient comme une forme d’hystérie, l’anorexie a été théorisée comme une altération de l’image du corps et des relations objectales. À l’adolescence, elle s’apparente à un détour addictif face au processus adolescent. Le déni et la dysmorphophobie permettent à l’anorexique de s’opposer à ses parents et aux équipes soignantes. Les soignants doivent prendre une position tierce pour affronter l’opposition sans la renforcer, au risque de la voir s’aggraver; Far from the initial hypotheses which saw it as a form of hysteria, anorexia has been theorized as an alteration of the body image and of object-relations. In adolescence, it resembles an addictive detour in an attempt to cope with the adolescent process. Denial and dysmorphophobia allow the anorexic to oppose his/her parents and the teams of carers. The carers must adopt a third position in order to confront the opposition without reinforcing it with the risk of seeing it get worse
