<br/><br/> RésuméTrop souvent on enferme la personne âgée désorientée dans le carcan de la démence Alzheimer sans chercher à comprendre mieux ce qu’elle vit et ce qu’elle ressent.La désorientation est multiple. Elle se situe au niveau du temps mais aussi au niveau des différents repères dans les espaces qui nous environnent et qui échappent petit à petit, insidieusement à la personne âgée désorientée.Paradoxalement, l’Institution, qui l’accueille et qui cherche à maintenir son autonomie, entraîne aussi sa myriade de pertes des repères.  Too much often the confused aged person is took in the yoke of the Alzheimer’s disease without looking to understand better what it is living and what it is feeling about.The bewilderment may take several different aspects. It can be at the level of the time but also at the different guide marks within the spaces surrounding us and that bit by bit, insidiously are escaping to the aged bewildered ill.Paradoxically, l’establishment welcoming it and looking for keeping the self government of the old person as well implies its myriad of the loss of its benchmarks.
