<br/><br/> Cet article analyse les spécificités des conflits asymétriques, où il n’y a pas de bataille décisive et où la solution au conflit dépend de négociations politiques avec l’ennemi. Une éthique militaire s’appuyant sur le concept de « care », un sentiment se rapprochant de la notion d’appartenance, d’esprit de corps, qui encouragent les soldats à tenir compte des intérêts des parties prenantes au conflit. Intégrer cette dimension émotionnelle dans la définition de l’éthique militaire et dans la formation de nos soldats est nécessaire afin de parvenir à une meilleure compréhension de la complexité d’un conflit. La théorie des parties prenantes et l’éthique du care sont des référentiels permettant aux soldats d’être mieux préparés aux enjeux des conflits asymétriques.  Understanding Military Ethics in the Light of the Ethics of Care and the Theory of StakeholdersThis article analyses the specificities of asymmetric warfare in which no decisive battle will end the conflict and whose resolution is dependent on political negotiation with the enemy. In this light, military ethics, close in essence to the concept of ‘care’ and engendering a feeling of belonging or community spirit, may encourage servicemen to take the different interests of the stakeholders involved into account. It is essential that this emotional dimension be integrated into the definition of military ethics and the training of servicemen if a better understanding of the complexity of a given conflict is to be gained. The theory of stakeholders and the ethics of care are both reference systems which better prepare servicemen for the complexities of asymmetric warfare.
