<br/><br/> Cet article est le témoignage d’un travail analytique avec une jeune patiente souffrant d’anorexie et de la suppléance qu’elle inventera pour soutenir sa subjectivité. Différents aspects constituent un éclairage dans la lecture de cette situation. Le premier est celui de la privation, auquel viennent s’articuler ceux de l’aliénation-séparation. Un autre aspect est le postulat de l’anorexie de cette patiente, comme symptôme- out, concept développé par J.-M. Forget.  This article is a report of a psychoanalytical therapy with a young patient suffering from anorexia. It describes how the patient structures her reality to maintain her personal subjectivity in her life. Different analytic concepts are used to clarify the case such as deprivation in connection with alienation/separation. Another aspect concerns the assumption that in this case, the concept of « symptom-out » from J.-M. Forget can be applied.
