<br/><br/> L’auteure nous amène dans une maison de ville, unité de soins palliatifs. Elle nous parle de patients meurtris dans leur corps et leur histoire. Elle s’interroge sur sa fonction de psychothérapeute dans cette institution : comment initier un travail thérapeutique alors qu’il n’y a aucune demande de la part des patients et que la mort est si proche ? L’écriture y chemine dans une perspective existentielle, alliant vignettes cliniques, références théoriques et implication personnelle. Se dessine alors, à l’aide de l’art et de la Gestalt, le processus thérapeutique, fondé sur la présence au champ, la figuration d’instants du vivant en vue d’un changement de représentations.  Gestalt in the service of end of life attendance The author takes us in a town house, a unit of palliative health care. She tells us about the wounds suffered by the patients in their bodies and their history. She puts into question her function of psychotherapist in this institution: how to initiate a therapeutic work when there is no demand on the part of the patients and that death is so close at hand? The text goes along in an existential perspective, combining clinical vignettes, theoretical references, and personal involvement. With the help of Gestalt and of art, the therapeutic process takes shape based on presence in the field, figuration of moments of life in view of a change in representations.
