Le tout définit la compétence en mouvement, sans doute un facteur clé de succès pour une reconversion professionnelle. Comment l’École transmet-elle la compétence ? Par la rencontre d’un accompagnant, un superviseur ? Par un regard nouveau de son environnement ? Plus probablement, par un ensemble dynamique centré sur l’apprenant.
