N2  - L’association Rebond35 a pour but de venir en aide à des personnes en difficulté psychique quand elles appartiennent au monde de l’entreprenariat. Un premier chemin de prévention des ruptures organise l’urgence à court-terme. Un autre, qui s’enlace avec le premier, permet à ceux qui le souhaitent de devenir « sentinelles », ce qui améliore leur qualité de présence et la conscience des enjeux en situation de dialogue avec une personne en souffrance. La formation accroît leur sentiment d’efficacité personnelle en l’orientant vers l’écologie relationnelle du vivant; The objective of the association Rebond35 is to help entrepreneurs with acute mental difficulties. A first step towards preventing breakdowns deals with organizing short-term emergency care. Another one which is intertwined with the first one enables those who desire to become « watchmen ». This improves their quality of presence and awareness of the issues by communicating with the person suffering. Training helps the individual to develop their sense of personal efficiency by encouraging them to participate in interpersonal interaction
