Dans les pratiques sociales, l’entretien, qu’il soit formel ou informel, individuel ou collectif, revêt alors une importance considérable. Cet article aborde la question de la posture du travailleur social lors des entretiens, mais également le travail préalable à mener dans ce cadre sur les représentations, les préjugés, les intentions inconscientes, les désirs… Un article en forme de plaidoyer pour une formation aux pratiques d’entretien.
