N2  - En écho à la loi du 13 avril 2016 visant le renforcement de la lutte contre le système prostitutionnel en pénalisant les clients, l’article interroge les ressorts argumentatifs utilisés dans la presse justifiant le recours à la prostitution. Il permet de cerner l’évolution des formes et des espaces de la prostitution en lien avec les mutations sociétales des contraintes de genre; In direct response to the law of April 13th, 2016 aimed at strengthening the fight against the prostitutionnel system by punishing clients, this article questions the arguments used in the press to justify the appeal of prostitution. It allows us to encompass the evolution of the forms and spaces of prostitution in connection with societal transformations of gender constraints
