N2  - In the care of psychosis, the health worker is confronted with the reality of the psycho­tic’s lived body as well as their limits in every act of daily life. The feelings due to this proximity are referred to as contaminations in nosography. The development of these manifestations in the transferential link allows a reclassification of these feelings into possible therapeutics by the process of partial symbiosis, whose conceptualization is proposed here
