<br/><br/> L’article décrit comment la définition des problèmes publics est souvent confisquée par les acteurs dominants du social. Il propose alors un cadre de pensée pour l’implication de l’ensemble des parties prenantes dans la conception et la conduite de projets : celui de la propriété commune. Enfin, l’article aborde la notion d’intermédiation sociale comme posture possible pour le titulaire du Diplôme d’Etat d’Ingénierie Sociale afin de favoriser l’appropriation du projet par les publics exclus des espaces de délibération.  From participation to ownership: the issue of project governanceThe article describes how the definition of public problems is often confiscated by mainstream social actors. It then offers a thinking framework for the involvement of all stakeholders in the design and conduct of projects: that of common ownership. Finally, the article discusses the notion of social intermediation as a possible position for the holder of the Diploma of State of Social Engineering in order to promote the appropriation of the project by publics excluded from deliberation spaces.
