The task of conducting groups during an intervention is based on an arrangement that generally includes several groups with separate but connected tasks. In the context of an intervention setting, conducting groups will involve supporting the telling of the story, and the discussion of what will bring about change, as well as the conflicts to which it gives rise—in particular in relation to the history of each person in the institution. It will also consist in seeing through the development of new professional and institutional practices, and in re-establishing group work. In this article, we seek to explore the particularities of conducting a real group when one of the aims is to articulate the differences in logics, places, professions, statuses and functions present within the working of the team UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-connexions-2015-2-page-103?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
