TY - BOOK AU - Bou Nader,Philippe TI - Corruption and Time in Lebanon PY - 2024///. N1 - 93 N2 - The implementation and success of corrupt practices in Lebanon have required the tactical use of temporality, sometimes using speed–acceleration tactics–and sometimes slowness–slowdown tactics–in the administrative, judicial, or political processes. This manipulation of time for corrupt purposes also led to, among other things, the disruption of the “normal temporality” of the State, gradually transforming what ought to be provisional into a permanent reality, and then the permanent into an irreversible one. The criteria of time therefore becomes a useful element in the analysis of the interaction between corruption practices and bad governance UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-confluences-mediterranee-2024-2-page-139?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
