N2  - The French National Society of Gastroenterology was at the initiative of drafting recommendations for the diagnosis and management of eosinophilic esophagitis in adults. A working group has drawn up 30 recommendations based on the most up-to-date data from the international scientific literature on the following themes: diagnosis, therapeutic objectives, initial treatment, esophageal dilation, maintenance treatment. For each recommendation, the GRADE methodology made it possible to determine the level of evidence (high, moderate, low, very low) and a strong or conditional level of recommendation. After two rounds of voting all the recommendations proposed reached an agreement of more than 80 % of voters; La Société Nationale Française de Gastro-Entérologie a été à l’initiative de la rédaction de recommandations pour le diagnostic et la prise en charge de l’œsophagite à éosinophiles de l’adulte. Un groupe de travail a rédigé 30 recommandations fondées sur les données les plus actualisées de la littérature scientifique internationale sur les thèmes suivants : diagnostic, objectifs thérapeutiques, traitement d’attaque, dilatations œsophagiennes, traitement d’entretien. Pour chaque recommandation, la méthodologie GRADE a permis de déterminer le niveau de preuve (élevé, modéré, faible, très faible) et un niveau de recommandation fort ou conditionnel. Après deux tours de vote, toutes les recommandations proposées à un panel de relecteurs ont fait l’objet d’un consensus avec un accord de plus de 80 % des votants
