Il dissèque le mécanisme systémique les ayant engendrées ainsi que l’identité de leur bénéficiaires. Il pose également la question de l’absence de réponse des autorités Etatiques. Il s’appuie, enfin, sur les carences d’un mécanisme de régulation propre à solutionner ces dérives.  How can we interpret the financial crisis that took place during the last years ? This article gives a deep analysis of the different financial crunches, worldwide and successive. It dissects in a systemic way the mechanism that developed these crises as well as their recipients. The issue in a lack of reaction of public authorities is also covered. Finally, it underlines the absence in ruling the system in order to avoid these downward spirals.
