<br/><br/> L’organisation du travail est analysée par le biais des modes de coordination des actifs humains. Cette coordination suppose une hétérogénéité des actifs, qui d’un point de vue théorique sont appréhendés au regard de leur généricité ou de leur spécificité. Ce papier vise à enrichir cette approche en lui adjoignant la notion de transférabilité. Ce concept tente d’apporter un éclairage théorique sur les nouvelles règles organisationnelles en considérant la firme sous une double dimension : allocative et créative.  A Labor approch by the analysis of actives coordination methods The organization of work is analyzed through the coordinating modes of human assets. This coordination supposes heterogeneous assets. From a theorical point of view, these viewed taking into consideration their specific or generic character. This paper aims at enriching this approach by associating the concept of transferability to it. This concept tries to throw a theorical light on the new organisational rules by considering the firm under a dual dimension: allocative and creative.
