N2  - L’objectif de notre étude, le passage à l’acte addictif (alcoolisation et comportement anorexique) chez un sujet présentant une personnalité limite demande une prise en charge sur du long terme. Répéter ces passages à l’acte est une façon d’échapper aux situations de séparation vécues comme mortifères et sont un début de cheminement vers une identité stable grâce au travail psychothérapeutique et à l’encadrement soignant; Acting out as an act of speechAddictive acts (alcoholism and anorexia) in a subject presenting a borderline personality require long term treatment. This is the object of this study. Repeating these acts is a way of running away from separation situations experienced as deadly and represents the first steps towards a stable identity, with the help of psychotherapy and thanks to the work of carers. Tal es el objeto de este estudio.
