N2  - RésuméCet article présente une recherche exploratoire sur l’impact de l’implicite dans le discours. Basée sur une recherche appliquée sur la mesure des attitudes de participants à des focus group vis-à-vis d’une innovation en faveur de l’écologie, une analyse à base d’inférences sur le discours, ainsi qu’une comparaison avec les éléments explicites de l’étude a été mise en place. Les attitudes implicites étaient globalement congruentes avec les attitudes explicites exprimées par les participants. Cette étude exploratoire a permis de rendre compte du risque présent dans l’étude partielle du discours, et de montrer l’influence des cognitions implicites sur les stratégies managériales et marketing. Based on applied research on the measure of participants’ attitudes in focus group toward an ecological innovation, an analysis based on inferences on speech, and a comparison with the explicit elements of the study were set up. Implicit attitudes were generally congruent with explicit attitudes expressed by participants. This explor a tory research helps in understanding the risks of pa r tial/incomplete study of speeches, and shows the influence of implicit cognitions on marketing and management strategies.
