N2  - E. Pichon-Rivière was the co-founder of the Argentine Psychoanalytic Association and the pioneer of a psychoanalytical family group conception. The author goes through the work of Pichon-Rivière in order to encompass the issue of recognition. The « grupo operativo » (operating group) originates from the transformation of the stabilised patient as a possible agent of mental health. But he also discovers in the home for children and adolescents the filial non recognition. The family group would then be a privileged space for the psychic construction of the individual and a new model of listening to the suffering knowledge
