TY - BOOK AU - Dorey,Jean-Louis TI - Humans and Animals PY - 2011///. N1 - 11 N2 - Advances in Ethology vacillate the criteria of representation that distinguish the human from the animal world. The author analyses the mythic discourse on the origin of the social contract proposed by Lévi-Strauss and Freud. Departing from the idea of numerous anthropologists that the culture and psyche specify the human, the author is considering a “subjective potentiality” of the human carried by the environment. The tendency of the indifferentiation of the psyche observed in family therapies would bring it nearer to the primitive psychic group reality like Freud described. The author proposes the sketch of a new mythic scenario in which family psychotherapy, by mobilizing the work of differentiation, repeats the evolution of the psyche in the history of humanity. In the therapeutic process the animality would represent at certain moments different degrees of negativity UR - https://shs.cairn.info/journal-le-divan-familial-2011-1-page-27?lang=en&redirect-ssocas=7080 ER -
