N2  - The co-authors present facilities for the final part of Psychoanalytic Family Therapy training, which has been put in place for more than ten years within the Psychoanalytic Family Therapy Society (STFPIF). These moments of discussion between professionals and trainers, of pooling questions about how the write the dissertation and the final part of the training, are very precious for all involved. Trainers accompany this final part of the training process towards the beginning of working as a psychoanalytic family therapist. How can we leave position of a professional being trained and become a PFT ? How can we listen to the psychic group situation which reveals itself in these three monthly meetings ? Sessions in this final part of the training have been presented, taking into account the progress made by some in the writing of the dissertation, when some others have barely started. The validation process is extensively described in these sessions, together with consultations among trainers. This brought about, after five years of regular working, the need to create a trainer’s committee like a think tank on the training process
