<br/><br/> Cette recherche met en évidence le rôle de l’anticipation de la valeur dans le processus d’innovation entre partenaires. L’approche théorique de Nahapiet et Ghoshal (1998) sur la création de connaissances ainsi que la dimension méthodologique de l’analyse de la valeur permettent d’appréhender la formation d’un compromis autour de la valeur d’un prototype à concevoir, puis son impact sur la mobilisation du capital social afin de parvenir à innover. Une recherche intervention, relative à la conception d’un automate de dispensation de médicaments, montre l’intérêt de faire émerger une valeur anticipée commune pour permettre l’échange et la combinaison de savoirs.  Anticipation of value and innovation process : the case of co-designing specifications for a prototype in a hospital contextThis research points out the role of the anticipation of value on the innovation process in partnerships. The Nahapiet and Ghoshal (1998)’s theoretical approach about knowledge creation and the methodological dimension for analysing value enable to deal with the question of compromise building when value is created with the development of a prototype, and then to tackle its impact on the mobilisation of social capital in order to innovate. Applying clinical methodology, which leads to the conception of a robot to deliver drugs, this study underlines the importance of the emergence of common anticipated value for effective innovation.
