N2  - RésuméCertaines organisations intergouvernementales, en particulier l’UNESCO et le Conseil de l’Europe, ont déployé des efforts significatifs au cours des dernières années en vue de l’élaboration de normes communes dans le domaine de la bioéthique. Ces nouvelles règles peuvent être considérées comme les prémisses d’un droit international de la biomédecine, dont les caractéristiques principales sont : le rôle central attribué à la notion de dignité humaine ; l’intégration des principes communs dans le cadre des droits de l’homme ; flexibilité dans la forme et minimalisme dans le contenu; Some intergovernmental organizations, in particular UNESCO and the Council of Europe, have made significant efforts over the last few years to develop common standards in bioethics. The emerging rules can be regarded as the very beginnings of an international biomedical law, whose key features are: the central role recognized to the notion of human dignity; the integration of the common standards into a human rights framework; flexibility in form and minimalism of content
