N2  - Le concept de psychose de l’enfant est apparu seulement au xxe siècle, en grande partie sous l’influence de la recherche psychanalytique. Malheureusement cette recherche a suscité une erreur qui a sérieusement entravé son développement : la mise en cause des parents de l’enfant dans l’étiologie de la psychose. Le renoncement à une étiologie de ce type conditionne la poursuite des traitements psychanalytiques des psychoses infantiles. L’auteur propose un modèle non explicatif, mais compréhensif : le défaut précoce et profond du travail de transformation qui mène des sensations aux représentations. À partir de ces prémisses, il décrit le processus de la cure analytique en quatre phases dont l’aboutissement peut être l’acquisition par l’enfant d’une capacité à transformer ses sensations et ses émotions en représentations; The concept of child psychosis appeared only during the 20th century to a great extent under the influence of psychoanalytic research. Unfortunately, this research gave rise to an error which seriously hindered their progress : the implication of the parents in the etiology. Giving up this kind of etiology is a condition for continuing to treat psychoanalytically psychotic children. The author proposes a non-explaining but understanding model : the precocious and deep defect of the work of transformation leading from sensations to representations. From these premises, he describes the process of a psychoanalytic treatment in four stages, the outcome of which would be the access to the capacity to transform sensations and emotions into representations
