Social inclusion of workers in situation of mental disability

<br/><br/> From the Law of 2005 on the social Inclusion of People with Disabilities, this Article reports on a Research conducted in 2014 with Residents with mental Disabilities from a specialized Household in Molsheim, integrated into a regular Household in Strasbourg in 2013 and accompanied by five specialized Educators. The Identity Construction Process generated by the Mobility of these Workers is observed. By cohabiting with Students and ordinary Workers, some Residents with mental Disabilities aspire to participative Citizenship and progress in their social Inclusion.
