N2  - Lara, a radicalized woman hospitalized in a psychiatric department, is expecting a baby. There is a risk of Lara running away from the maternity ward. How should we prepare for this birth while maintaining a clinical and measured approach, in spite of the pressure and anxiety? While it was obvious in this case that we needed to think of a way of protecting the mother and the child, we questioned the role of different societal and security issues, distancing us from our caregiving role.
