The implementation of the revenu de solidarité active has strengthened the role of the political order, reducing the notion of compensation to a sum of injunctions made to recipients and professionals. Faced with the loss of meaning that can be generated by the gap between the prescribed and the actual, and the deviation of the values that they carry, professionals strive to establish a relationship of trust and quality with the beneficiaries.
